The Holiday Challenge is BACK by popular demand—and this year might be the best one yet! When we moved it to the day after Thanksgiving in our last round, it was a huge success—helping people reset their nutrition, healthy habits, and workouts before the bigger holiday season and New Year hit.

Our Summer Challenge was tough to beat (highest engagement, follow-through, and success ever!), but I’ve got a brand-new GAME PLAN for this year’s Holiday Challenge. However, keeping the group SMALL really helps motivate the team, so this year's Holiday Challenge will be VERY limited in size!

HARDCORE isn’t just about chasing a six-pack—it's about reDEFINING core STRENGTH in your entire core, front and back. As we age, posture often suffers, but a strong core keeps you tall, aligned, and injury-free while giving you the power to handle heavy lifting and everyday life with confidence. And yes…put in the work and you’ll reveal that leaner, more defined midsection too. Because true strength (and those abs you want to see!) all come from the core.

  • 6 NEW core workout videos (5–15 minutes each)

  • The Focus: Strengthening the ENTIRE CORE—front and back—while learning NEW techniques to fully engage your center.

  • Workout tracker/Calendar to keep you on point

  • Follow the plan…or just plug the workouts into your current routine.
