✔️ Daily Food Log Accountability – Kim checks your logs and keeps you on track daily
✔️ Email Reminders (2-3x/week) for motivation & consistency

2. Private Nutrition LITE (More Independence)

✔️ Weekly Calorie & Macro Assessment – adjustments as needed
