Are you ready to EARN THAT FINISH LINE? This Marathon Training Program is designed for each individual based on their fitness, level of running & personal needs. Each week you will get your personalized Training Plan based on how you are progressing & what your needs are week to week. My biggest goal as your coach is to get you to the START LINE without injury and get you to the FINISH LINE with a smile on your face.

Marathon Training Includes:

  • Personalized Weekly Training Plan
  • 2 "Check In" Emails with Kim Eagle/Week (and you can reach out to me anytime!)
  • Tips for Fueling Your Race, Pre Race Dinner/Breakfast and more!

This Plan does not include Personalized Nutrition. If you need this too, please notify Kim Eagle ([email protected])

This Plan does not include your strength training workouts, however, your Weekly Training Plan will tell you when to include strength training days.  If you need strength workouts too, please notify Kim Eagle ([email protected])
