This challenge is for anyone who wants to put on muscle but does not have a lot of time! The workout videos are short in length but combine everything you need for a super charged, intense workout! Ideal for beginners or athletes who struggle to fit in those strength workouts that their body needs!
All videos can be accessed from a computer, tablet or phone with WIFI or cell service.
