Yoga OM (Yoga Over Muscle) is Kim Eagle's latest fitness workout sensation! It combines yoga with body weight exercises, weights, intense/deep stretching and meditation! Ideal for anyone looking to increase muscle tone while also improving muscle elasticity and flexibility. 

The program is designed as a set of Yoga OM videos that you can do in sequence OR grab as needed in your current workout program.

What You Need:

  • All video access is done online. You can view the videos with a phone, tablet or computer as long as you have internet access. Quality of the video is always based on your internet connection.
  • 2 of the Yoga OM Videos will use a light set of free weights. 1 pound OR 2 pound set needed AND one 5 or 10 pound set recommended (but optional).
  • 2 Yoga mats recommended (You can set them up as a T shape to view video easier).
  • *Foam Roller Optional. Can be purchased at most sporting-good stores or online
