Body Measurements

(You will needĀ a measuring tape.)
You will need to take body measurements for the following areas: upper arm, chest, waist, hips, and thigh. Please specify whether you measure your left or right thigh.
To ensure accuracy:
  • Use a mirror to check that the measuring tape is horizontal around your body.
  • Measure from the largest point of each area. For example, if you're unsure where to measure on your hips, select the largest area.
When taking follow-up measurements after your session, measure again from the largest point to maintain consistency.
