You will need to take body measurements for the following areas: upper arm, chest, waist, hips, and thigh. Please specify whether you measure your left or right thigh.
To ensure accuracy:
Use a mirror to check that the measuring tape is horizontal around your body.
Measure from the largest point of each area. For example, if you're unsure where to measure on your hips, select the largest area.
When taking follow-up measurements after your session, measure again from the largest point to maintain consistency.
