Earn That Body Program

Earn That Body!® is an online nutrition/fitness program developed by award winning Personal Trainer, Kim Eagle, to help people all over the world get fit, strong & healthy! This is like having a personal trainer at your side daily!! Staying accountable to your coach (Kim Eagle) and the overall program design has helped hundreds of clients reach their ultimate weight loss goals! Earn That Body (ETB) is for men & women who want to lose weight AND/ OR get in the best shape of their lives! If you are a person that struggles with your weight and are ready to be finished with fad diets, detoxes and starvation plans that don’t work, then this is the program for you!


Pre-Session (2 or 4 weeks):

The Ramp It Up Pre-Session is FREE. It will give you the tools to start cleaning up your kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and overall food selections!  Many clients felt overwhelmed on Day 1 of ETB because there were so many things they might need to change in their diets & lifestyle to get on track.  With this pre-session, you will gradually be able to start making changes over a 2 or 4 week time frame so that by Day 1 of ETB you are ready to roll!

Pre-Session Includes:

  1. 3-7 emails per week (dependent on which length pre-session you choose) with:
  2. Nutritional Assignments (things to start changing using the ETB Rules To Eat By)
  3. Physical Assignments (increasing your workout days if you are not currently active) with a calendar to chart your workouts.
  4. Core Exercise Workouts to get your body ready for the Kim’s Killer Abs Workouts in ETB!
  5. Initial Body Measurements (emailed to Kim)
  6. Weekly Weigh Ins (emailed to Kim for accountability!)

What To Expect:  This Pre-Session is designed to ease you into ETB.  You will NOT be doing calorie/food tracking, nor your personalized workout calendar (all of that will begin once your 6 Week ETB session starts).  Instead, the weekly emails will guide you on changes you can start making & ways to help you prepare for your journey in ETB.  Depending on your current lifestyle & nutrition, you are likely to lose several pounds just making these simple guided changes with the ETB Rules To Eat By!   But, it’s always possible you won’t lose weight during the Pre-Session since you are not tracking your calories.

2 or 4 Weeks of Pre-Session: It is always recommended that you do the 4 week Pre-Session. However, if you feel like you already eat very healthy & the ETB portion starts in the next couple weeks, you have the option to do the 2 week Ramp It Up. The Pre-Session is free, so it's up to you! It is required that you do a minimum of the 2 week Ramp It Up to make sure you are ready for ETB.
 

Earn That Body (6 Week Program):

Once you finish the Pre-Session, your Earn That Body Program begins!

Includes:

  • 6 week workout calendar that includes ALL your workouts OR you can integrate your current workout classes/training into the ETB workouts calendar (with my guidance).
  • Earn That Muscle Videos: You will get access to 3 Full Body Strength Videos, 3 Core Videos and 3 cardio PDF workouts from the Earn That Muscle Program to use during your 6 Week Earn That Body session. Access to these videos is only available during your 6 week session, but can be extended for a full year as an upgrade. You will need free weights for the strength videos
  • Kim’s Killer Abs Workouts integrated into your calendar each week!
  • Earn That Body Rules to Eat By & Fuel Foods List for life changes!
  • Personal nutritional guidance and caloric/nutrient tracking.  The nutritional component of  this program allows individual attention to your caloric needs and is analyzed for your individual weight loss goals.  You can do the program even if you do not have weight to lose. You will log your food using an online program.
  • Daily Food Log Accountability! (Kim will email you Monday-Friday to review your food logs! The ULTIMATE accountability!)
  • Bi-Weekly Weigh Ins (emailed to Kim!)
  • Before/After Physical Assessments
  • Private ETB Platform Access and Private Group Facebook Page for support
  • 2 Specific Earn That Body!™ Workouts/week designed by Kim Eagle
  • 1 Personalized Running (or power walking) workout/week (designed for your personal level)
  • Weekly education on nutrition to help you make the RIGHT food choices daily!
  • Personal Coaching by Kim Eagle to motivate & inspire you to get the body you truly deserve! Kim will keep you focused on your goals & hold you accountable!
  • Clients are losing 8-20 pounds per 8-10 week session* 

This program is NOT for people with injuries or health problems. The workouts can be intense and you will need to be able to run (or power walk), jump (or modify) , strength train (with full guidance). Since this program is done through online coaching, you will also need to be familiar with basic exercise/fitness moves (for example: squats, push ups, burpees, etc.)  

This is NOT a prenatal program.  If you are nursing, you will need to get permission from your doctor to register for the course.  

You will need to be able to commit 1 hour to working out 4-6 days/week for best results.  

There is also a great support group of the entire team set up as a private Facebook page.  This is NOT required, but highly recommended! All support will take place on this private Facebook page.

Earn That Body!™ is not recommended for clients over 60 years old or for those with illness/ injuries.  This is NOT a prenatal program.  Since this program is done through online coaching, you will also need to be familiar with basic exercise/fitness moves (for example: squats, push ups, lunges, burpees, etc.) You must be 18 years old minimum.
