If you have completed the 5 Week ETB Program OR Private Nutrition and need to get back on track and take it to the next level...then RE-COMMIT is right for you!

Includes:

  • Personalized Nutritional Guidance & Caloric/Nutrient Tracking: The nutritional component of  this program allows individual attention to your caloric needs and is analyzed for your individual weight loss goals.  You can do the program even if you do not have weight to lose. You will log your food using an online program. Calorie/Macro assignments will be modified as needed each week for weight loss and to accommodate any hormone shifts (peri/menopause).
  • Daily Food Log Accountability: Kim will email you Monday-Friday to review your food logs. The ULTIMATE accountability to get you back on track.
  • Personalized Workout Calendar: Complete workout calendar designed for you with a structured build to help you gain muscle, get lean & lose weight. You will have the option to use workouts you have access to (gym classes, Peloton Cycle, Peloton Tread, Personal Trainer Days, etc.) and/or use all of the ETB Workout Programs (at no additional cost). These workouts will be integrated into your personal calendar to create a proper build for best results in your goals.
  • Bi-Weekly Weigh Ins: Emailed to Kim.
  • Before/After Physical Assessments (If needed for your personal goals).
  • Private ETB Platform Access: Based on your goals and what workouts you have access to, you will get access to the ETB Platform full of all the ETB Workout Programs that are specific to your workout calendar. You will only have access to the ETB Workouts during your session.
  • Weekly RE-Education: RE-EDUCATION about nutrition/fitness to help you dial things back in.
  • Personal Coaching by Kim Eagle: In RE-COMMIT, we will review your personal goals and use Weekly Worksheets/Tasks to help you reach your own finish line.

You will be set up to lose 1-2 lbs/week. However, there is never a guaranty for weight loss. 

This program is NOT for people with injuries or health problems. The workouts can be intense and you will need to be able to run (or power walk), jump (or modify) , strength train (with full guidance in videos). Since this program is done through online coaching, you will also need to be familiar with basic exercise/fitness moves (for example: squats, push ups, burpees, etc.)  

This is NOT a prenatal program.  If you are breastfeeding, please inform Kim Eagle.

You will need to be able to commit to working out 5-6 days/week for best results.  

This is a PRIVATE session. There is no group support. But the one/one accountability with Kim Eagle is all you will need.

There are NO REFUNDS once you register for this program due to limited schedule availability.



Start Dates:

  • Dependent on availability. 
  • All sessions must begin on a Monday.
  • You will have the option to continue the journey after your session is complete if you want to keep going; however, you will only get the DISCOUNTED rates if you purchase the larger session upfront. 
  • $45 Fee if you have to reschedule your start date without 2 weeks notice.

RE-COMMIT is not recommended for clients over 65 years old unless you have been working out with Kim Eagle in the past and is not for clients with illness/ injuries.  You must be 18 years old minimum.
