Private Nutrition

The Private Nutrition Program is designed for people who already have a set workout program of 5-6 days/week (1 hour sessions). 

Included:

ETB Private Nutrition Counseling:
  • Before/After Measurements
  • Weigh in on Mondays & Fridays (all weigh ins are sent to Kim Eagle) to assess weekly calories.
  • Daily Food Log Feedback (Mon-Friday). You will track all food with an online program.
  • Personal Nutritional Guidance and caloric/nutrient tracking.  You will be assigned calorie allotment and nutrients (% carbs/protein/fat) and guidance for sodium/sugar/fiber.
  • Weekly Education on Nutrition/Fitness
  • Earn That Body "Rules To Eat By" Food & Fuel List

Fitness/Workouts are NOT included.

If you are NOT an athlete with a set workout program, you will want to submit your plan for training/exercise.

Session always starts on a Monday. Start date depends on schedule availability.
