In my 40s, I FELT changes starting to happen in my body (even though what I was doing for nutrition & workouts was not changing).

Audio Workouts

You will get 3 Audio Cardio Workouts. They will guide you as you increase the short duration bursts each week.

These can be done as power walks, jog/runs, on the bike, elliptical or rower!

You will also get the PDF version of the workout if you prefer to put it into an APP to use your own music.

 

Zone 2 Training

One of the ways we can stop fighting our hormones is by reducing the cortisol in our system. Daily HARD workouts are not helping decrease that stress hormone. This is why ZONE 2 Training is a big part of the L.E.A.N Program.

You will learn HOW to do Zone 2 Training and WHEN to do it in this program. 

All you need is a place to go for a walk OR a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical or rowing machine.

The Private Nutrition option is ideal for women that need to lose weight. This is a much slower process as we get older. So, if you have more than 5 lbs. to lose, you might opt for the 6 Week Option OR you can always continue with another session once your 3 Week Session is complete.

 

Private Nutrition Includes:

  • Before/After Measurements

  • Bi-Weekly Weigh Ins: on Mondays & Fridays (all weigh ins are sent to Kim Eagle)¬†to assess weekly calories.

  • Daily Food Log Feedback (Mon-Friday). You will track all food with an online program. This is MAX accountability!

  • Personal Nutritional Guidance and Caloric/Nutrient Tracking:¬† You will be assigned personalized calorie allotment, macros¬†(carbs/protein/fat) and guidance for sodium/sugar/fiber based on your needs.
