The Private Nutrition Program was revamped in 2025! It now includes a full PREP WEEK to ensure you’re organized, confident, and ready to hit the ground running in Week 1. Clients are saying the refreshed program set them up for more success than ever before. 

The Private Nutrition option is ideal for anyone looking to lose weight or struggling to build muscle. If you’ve been strength training without seeing real change, your nutrition may be holding you back. Without enough calories and protein, your body simply can’t build muscle or improve composition. This program is designed to help you fine-tune your nutrition to support your personal goals. And if you’re experiencing hormonal shifts (peri- or menopause), we’ll evaluate and adjust your nutritional needs accordingly.

Private Nutrition Includes:
• Before/After Measurements
• Twice-Weekly Weigh-Ins (Mondays and Fridays) submitted to Kim Eagle to assess weekly calorie intake
• Daily Food Log Feedback (Mon–Fri) using an online tracker—this is MAX accountability
• Personalized nutrition guidance including calorie targets, macros (carbs/protein/fat), and recommendations for sodium, sugar, and fiber based on your needs and age

Your calories and macros may be adjusted weekly based on your progress.
