B. Nutrition Information. Certain Earn That Body, Inc. services, such as nutrition plans provided with our fitness programs and online nutrition coaching, provide nutrition, food, caloric and other related information designed to help our customers eat healthy to reach their health and wellness goals. While any nutrition information we may provide is designed to safely align with our related exercise regimens, you must consult your physician before beginning any nutrition plan or altering any dietary regimen, especially if you have any unique or special medical needs or conditions, such as food allergies, dietary restrictions or if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

C. Assumption of Risk. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access, use and/or involvement with any Earn That Body!®  Services may involve potentially dangerous and physical activities that may lead to personal and/or bodily injury, death, loss of services, loss of consortium, or damage to or loss of property or privacy. You hereby acknowledge and willingly accept these risks and agree to unconditionally release and hold harmless Earn That Body, Inc. and Kim Strassmann-Eagle from and against all claims, suits, causes of action, costs, expenses or liability arising out of or related to your access, use and/or involvement with any Earn That Body!® Services.

Meal Plan Challenge


This challenge is designed to enhance your nutrition through a selection of nutritious recipes centered around whole, unprocessed ingredients. The goal is to help you get your nutrition dialed back in while creating your own Weekly Meal Plans without the overwhelm.

While this is not a weight loss program, participants are likely to experience positive changes in their weight and health as they adopt these healthier eating habits throughout the 3-week challenge.

By the end of the challenge, you will have a complete 1 Week Meal Plan of new recipes and/or a strategy to create your own meal plans in the weeks that follow.

3 Week Challenge Includes:

  • ETBs Meal Plan Strategy
  • 5 NEW Breakfast Recipes
  • 6 NEW Lunch Recipes
  • 6 NEW Dinner Recipes
  • Daily Emails: Every morning, you will receive an email containing strategies, tips and educational insights to cultivate a balanced diet during the challenge. Furthermore, you will acquire the skills to construct your own personalized Meal Plans, ensuring you stay on course even after the challenge concludes. This knowledge will empower you to maintain your progress and continue your journey towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

    To avoid Meal Plan OVERWHELM,  you will only make 3 new breakfast/lunch/dinners each week. 

    This program is for people in good health. Not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any illnesses including diabetes.

    This program is NOT ideal for athletes during heavy training periods.

    This program is NOT designed for those who are vegetarians, vegans or gluten free. I will not be able to offer substitutions in the Recipe Guide to accommodate special nutritional restrictions. There is meat, dairy, eggs & whole grains in many of the recipes.
