Earn That Body!™ is an online nutrition/fitness program developed by Kim Strassmann-Eagle to help people all over the world get fit! The 8 week program includes daily nutritional guidance, personalized work out calendar (based on your personal needs), Kim's Killer Abs work outs, Earn That Body! Recipe Guide, AND the Earn That Body online support program! This is like having a personal trainer at your side daily for 8 weeks! There are also group challenges to make losing weight & getting fit fun!
With a background in Eastern Medicine and fitness (personal trainer & group exercise instructor), I have developed an approach to nutrition/exercise that will create changes for you in mind, body and life! The goal with Earn That Body! and Keep That Body! is to teach & educate you to change your nutrition/fitness regiment so you can get the body you want & be able to maintain it on your own.
